Jamie Bramburger of Algonquin College has almost 30 years of experience working in media relations, and in his upcoming presentation to the Chamber he will share tips on how to build a relationship with the media that will pay off for your organization.

2013 UOV Chamber Golf Tournament – September 20, 2013
Golf Committee Chair, Hélène Grondin asks that you mark your calendars now for the 2013 Upper Ottawa valley chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament. It will be held on Friday September 20th, 2013 at Whitetail Golf Club, Eganville. There will be a 1:00 pm, shotgun start.
Cost is $95/player or $360 per foursome (if paid by September 13, 2013)
$105 per player after September 13th
This price includes 18 holes of golf, golf cart, delicious dinner and prizes for all. Chamber Members, guests and public welcome to participate.

Team Canada vs Team Sweden Exhibition Hockey Game – March 30th
The Ottawa Valley Thunder, together with Hockey Canada, are hosting an exhibition game between Team Canada National Women’s Hockey Team and the Swedish National Hockey Women’s Team. The event is taking place at the Pembroke Memorial Centre on March 30th, 2013 at 7:00 pm.

Enterprise Renfrew County Presents W.S.I.B. Bill 119 Seminar – March 21st
Are you in the construction business? Are you prepared for W.S.I.B. Bill 119? New rules became effective January 1, 2013. Mandatory WSIB coverage in the construction industry.
