This workshop is aimed at businesses with the goal of teaching them practical knowledge of Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Google Cal and Google Docs, Skype and LinkedIn. The workshop uses custom‐made tutorials to show exactly what these programs look like and what they can do. Participants develop a better understanding of how social media tools can help grow a business or organization.
