Election of Chair for the Algonquin East Branch
Nominations can be submitted to Lorraine MacKenzie by August 8th, 2011 at 12:00 noon and will be taken from the floor on August 9th at 9:00 am. 

In order to vote or run for Chair you must be a member in good standing of the Upper Ottawa Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Duties of Chair:

• The Chair would sit on the Upper Ottawa Valley Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and would facilitate the meetings of the branch throughout the year.

Requirements of the Chair include:

• Member in good standing of the Upper Ottawa Valley Chamber of Commerce
• Member's business or orgnaization is located in the geographical region of Algonquin East
• Able to attend monthly meetings of the Board of Directors for the Upper Ottawa Valey Chamber of Commerce
• Will organize and lead the branch meetings with the assistance of additiona branch members
• Believes in expanding and promoting the local business community

Geographical Region of Algonquin East Branch includes the Townships of Madawaska Valley, Brudenell,Lyndock & Raglan, Killaloe, Hagarty & Richards and South Algonquin
